The Archive is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) email archiving solution; it uses journalling to save a copy of every email sent or received by an organisation in real time and retains those copies in secure and fully audited archive. An easy to use web interface and an Outlook add-in coupled with excellent indexing technology allow users to search their own archive and get rapid and accurate results, while privileged users can search the entire archive, set policies for the retention and deletion of archived data and collaborate on compliance cases, pooling search results and managing them in a dedicated Space.
