Getting email data out of an Archive

Manual Export

Users can self-serve, manually exporting data in 3 ways:

1. By any user from their own archive as .eml, .pst or .pdf.

2. By a privileged user from a search of the whole archive as .eml, .pst or .pdf.

3. By a privileged user from a space as a .zip of .eml files.

Bulk Backend Export

Data can be exported in bulk by technical support from the backend of the archive. This export can be tailored to include the specific data the customer requires in the format/s of their choice and can be sent to the destination of their choice.

Bulk backend exports are chargeable based on the time required to complete the export, so please ask a product specialist for assistance with quoting.

We do not see exports, whether the customer is terminating or not, as an opportunity for profit, so any costs incurred are only to cover our engineers time.
