Getting emails from live mailboxes

Mailbox reader is a tool provided as part of the Archive admin portal which can download all emails from connected mailboxes and import them to the archive automatically.

Mailbox Reader ensures that the emails reach the archive with all metadata intact and without any changes, however we cannot prove that email data imported in this way was not edited prior to leaving the mailbox.

Mailbox Reader can import existing email from:

• Live mailboxes on any platform, including Gmail (Google Workspace/Gsuite), Exchange Server, Exchange Online, Outlook.com and any other IMAP/POP3 mail services/servers.

• Shared mailboxes across all of the above.

• Exchange Online Archive mailboxes
